Hiking trails
Marked hiking routes through forest, bog and coast, with distance, elevation gain and how long they take on foot.
What to know
On a hiking trail the elevation gain matters as much as the distance. A flat 10 km and a hilly 10 km are very different days. As a rule of thumb, allow about 12 minutes per kilometre on the flat and add roughly 10 minutes for every 100 metres you climb.
Individual hiking trails are being added from open trail data. The planning table below applies to any route.
